$1.1 Million Newbie (Really)
If someone offered to give you $30 in exchange for every dollar you gave them, would do you it?
How many dollars would you give them?
The odds of getting this kind of return on any real estate or stock investment are about as good as winning the lottery, but in the interview you’re about to hear, I’m going to share with you how I managed to find a deal even better than this.
Last year I handed David Garfinkel a check for $35,000 to personally train three of my own team members for six whole months.
Who is David Garfinkel and what could he possibly have taught us that would be worth such a king’s ransom?
He’s considered by many people to be the world’s best coach on teaching others how to create highly profitable
ads.
And not only that but how to do it FAST. I have to admit though… Skeptical isn’t even the word.
WHEN WE STARTED WITH DAVID,
I WAS DOWNRIGHT *SCARED*
After all, this WAS the single largest sum of money I had ever voluntarily given to one person at a time.
But I knew the potential payoff could be huge. Was it worth it?
Well, with David’s help we were able to put together a marketing campaign that turned into one of those big online “launches” you always hear about.
In fact, we didn’t realize it at the time, but after all the dust had settled, it ended up being the biggest launch in internet network marketing history!
We were able to generate over $1.1 million in sales in less than 72 hours…
Which is more than 30 TIMES what I paid David to help train our team – more than a 3,000% return on investment.
And that’s not even counting the residual six figures that continue to come in every month…
Almost half a year later! But that’s not even the most exciting part.
David’s renowned for his unusually powerful marketing skills, but he’s even more well known for his ability to
teach these skills to beginners.
When we started our training with him, one of our team members had never written more than a few emails in his
LIFE.
WITH DAVID’S HELP HE WAS ABLE TO ORCHESTRATE
ALMOST THE ENTIRE $1.1 MILLION DOLLAR SEQUENCE
And he now produces emails on a regular basis that continue to generate five and six figures in a matter of days.
So I asked myself, if David could do this with three people… What would happen if I had him train my ENTIRE team?
We got on the phone to talk about it and I recorded the whole thing. You can “listen in” on it here:
http://successexpress.renegadeproblog.com/wealthexperiment/
This conversation is almost TOO powerful (you’ll see what I’m talking about in a minute). It brings new meaning to the term “behind the scenes.”
You’ll find out the real story about how David took three of our team members and turned them into genuine, bona-fide marketing superstars… How we’re doing it again (with even more people this time)…
And how you can defy “the economy” and make more money with your business just by following along.
In this interview David gives some simple “fill in the blank” steps you can use to increase your sales
right now – without getting any more traffic to your website.
THESE ARE LITTLE ADJUSTMENTS YOU CAN MAKE TO YOUR
WEBSITES AND EMAILS TO GET HUGE BOOSTS IN PROFITS
All you have to do is take action. Once you turn ON these fast and easy to do sales-generators, they keep growing your business over and over again.
I recommend you get comfy and listen intently to the entire call.
This interview is as much of a mental transformation about the way money is made as it is about producing
short term results.
We get into some heavy-duty subjects like…
- Is sales EVIL?
- How does making money tie in with serving people?
- How you can apply our million dollar launch strategies to your entire downline
- The most powerful form of copywriting EVER (hint: the United States Government uses it)
- Plus, you’ll even get to hear David critique me!
The interview is absolutely free.
Go listen to it now, apply what you learn, and watch your business transform for the better as a result.

To Your Success,

Ann Sieg
P.S. – Our team of beginners was able to generate seven figures in less than 3 days, but you don’t need to make a million dollars to use the secrets that David teaches.
If you’d like to make an extra $1,000 – or even $500 a month – this interview is perfect for you.
This is about making quick and tiny adjustments to your marketing to start increasing the amount of money you make right now in a matter of days (not weeks or months).
And then from there learning the foundational stuff you
need to know to keep your profits growing forever.

After you’re done listening, be sure to leave us a comment on our blog too – there’s a link right below the interview!
P.P.S. – Ever since we posted one of David’s articles on our blog, we’ve had a lot of people asking where they can find more of his training.
In this interview you’ll also find out how you can sit in on the closed-door training sessions that David is doing with our own team.
This is as “behind the scenes” as it gets!

Wow! I realize from listening to this interview that I have been hanging on to a pretty strong resistance in my core around selling that has been hard to shake. I have viewed copywriting as mostly manipulative and centered around the seller’s needs. There is so much out there that feels very self-centered. Renegade education has been wonderful in general, and resonated with me because of its focus on being a solution provider for others. But, the copywriting piece tended still to be more of a turn-off, something that didn’t seem to mesh with attraction marketing in my head. I am so glad to have listened to this interview, and now feel I can move beyond my own resistance. Thank you! I look forward to learning more and hope I can be one of the next students of Davids!

Great interview Ann. Copywriting is an ongoing challenge for me, and I’m starting the staffing process.
I’m VERY interested in this course…do you have a date of release in mind?
Thanks, and I’m looking forward to it.

Ann, very good interview and informative. Since my initial enrolling in rpro and RBMP, you have stressed the importance of content…all about adding value to the reader, have been thru the writing with pull classes and after listening to this session with David appears these sessions with with him are a must…you mentioned the 350 available for session could you elaborate…when, how to register, will this be part of rpro or breakthrough.
Thanks Ron Nichols

This interview was very enlightening and informative.
I truly enjoyed the conversation about understanding where the reader is and not where you are.
Thank you for helping make the world a better place, one student at a time!!!

When I indicate I have an interestin making a living on the internet I am promised ‘just go to this or that teleseminar or this free info. just pay shipping and handeling etc. so all I do is end up buying from all these ’successful people and all I get is a lot of never ending chase the tail selling to which you never get an exact plan today you can implement now to begin making income for your time and dollars invested. Is this prevelent in this business? How does a nubbie Know who to trust? Thanks and it was a swell interview.

In all my research I have found that copywritting and the ‘how to’ approach has always seemed to be missing. I am grateful to you, Ann, Mike, Isaiah, David and team for not only the mindset, but also the practical applicable ‘how to’ tools necessary for real growth that allows for real service to others.
Comment by Susan — August 12, 2009 @ 12:15 pm
very enlightening. There is so much to learn in this area. I look forward for the pending training.

Hi Ann, thanks for the interview with David. It’s great to see the high quality business leaders sharing their experience in Renegade Professional.
I realize copywriting is part of everyday business even if we sometimes don’t think about it much. I’m going to learn this as fast as I can. I’ll take some breaks though but this has so much value and I’m so excited for everyone who can tap into this.

The interview with David Girfinkel, Amazing..

Once again Ann delivers!!!!! What an amazing interview with David Garfinkel on one of the most misunderstood subjects in marketing “Copywriting”. Well at least for me.
I am not one with negative outlook in life but I must get this of my chest. I personally detest the good ol’ manipulative approach of marketing/sales. I been exposed to it, I been told to use such approach, it just doesn’t resonate with me. It is despicable how some utilize this approach by tapping on peoples insecurities, peoples lack of information, values and beliefs only to make a profit. I see it quite often and it saddens me.
That is why I joined the Renegade Community, to learn from the leaders of this industry, to truly offer value, give good information to the people who request it.
It is people like Ann Sieg, Mike Klingler, and so many others here in the renegade community who will change that bad marketing approach.
My apologies for all the typos and punctuation erros.

Who wouldn’t like to have the quiet confidence of David Garfinkel? If circumstances permitted, wouldn’t we all benefit by attending his workshops and seminars? I, for one, wish to thank you Ann and David for sharing part of who you are with all of us. I’m sure everybody who listened, who really listened, has benefited greatly and will always be the better for it!

So, what’s next?
Comment by Kent Gwilliam — August 12, 2009 @ 3:21 pm
Hi Kent,
I’m planning on sending you (along with everyone else) an email on Friday letting you know all the details.
When this 6-week training course will become available (Hint: Monday, August 17th at noon eastern.)
Exactly what you’ll get with the course (along with detailed descriptions of what David’s going to teach each week)
And the question that’s on the back of everybody’s mind: The cost to get in.
So please keep an eye on your inbox for more information.
Thank you!

Copywriting Tips — and templates too!! Sounds fantastic. Look forward to learning when the 6 lesson class will be available. The interview revealed some new thoughts too. Glad to hear that I don’t have to be a sales person!
Thanks so much.

Thank you for providing such valuable information which newbie like me desperately need.I’ve known all along how crucial copywriting is to an online business, but lack the “how to do it” skills. Looks like David’s templates are just the stuff I need.
Comment by Sigang McGough — August 12, 2009 @ 5:49 pm
Awesome call - thank you Ann and David.
I especially loved David’s comment that, “You don’t have to become a different person to sell.” I know that’s what Ann has always been about - marketing in a comfortable, effective way. Now, with David’s expertise, ‘effective marketing’ takes on a whole new dimension.
Comment by Nancy Christenson — August 12, 2009 @ 6:37 pm
Ann,
Your interview with David Garfinkel was such a great idea. I am so much more relaxed about this copywriting crash course now. I was worried that it would be kind of grueling.
Now I see what you mean by crash course. We get templates of great copy!! We get targeted training to master the FUN-damentals.
I’m convinced now after hearing how David approaches our jump start in this course that it will actually be FUN! After all, how can learning to turn “words in to wealth” not be fun?
Comment by Terri Stallcop — August 12, 2009 @ 7:42 pm
Terri,
You’re absolutely right…
This course is going to be a blast!
When I began to learn copywriting at first I’ll admit I was a little intimidated by it. But David’s unique style of teaching really put me at ease and made the whole process (as you put it) “FUN!”
I think you’re going to love it!
Comment by Ann Sieg — August 12, 2009 @ 7:43 pm
Thank you Anne for making this interview available.
I know that effective, persuasive, believable, sincere … copywriting is so important. Or to put it into your words: “core”. But, it is the process of how to do it that is so difficult.
I am deeply interested in the “templates” spoken of by you and David.
Once again thanks!
Comment by Sam — August 12, 2009 @ 8:26 pm
That was awesome. Gave me a real desire to become a great copy writer. Just working on hub pages, ezine articles and lenses, I have found that, though I love to write, I really don’t know enough about copy writing to make my articles compelling enough for people to take action. Would love to be in the course, but feel with only 350 seats and Anne having thousands of followers what chance do I have of getting in.
Comment by Miriam Gruber — August 12, 2009 @ 8:47 pm
Sounds like an intriguing course. Wish there had been more content rather than conversation on the interview which was cut short at the end. Didn’t know it was going to be 90 min. or I would have waited to listen to it later. Afraid the cost is going to be prohibitive for me. I did get a few ideas from the interview, though. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Ann good to hear from you and your team after a long while. The interview is inspiring and educative because writing a good newsletters, mails to generate leads is really the problem of most net-workers. I am interested but can i get an E-copy on net since i don’t reside in USA?. Let me know how much.

Truely enjoyed the interview.
You delivered big time.(again)
I have been a member of Renegade Pro
almost from its inception.I have enjoyed the
tutorials, though I have not pursued it extensively.
However,I have been of the mind for a long time that copy writing is a very important part of business.
It is my hope one day to be tutored in this type of training…Maybe today.:0)
Take care.

The interview was very interesting. I definately need copywriting help and this sounds like it would be just what I need. I am in the process of building an SBI website, learning in RMBP and have a full plate. But the coarse maybe what I need now.
Great information.
Comment by Joan — August 13, 2009 @ 1:00 pm
I am still a student and days are too short. Righ now I am doing the brainstorming part - following Mike Klingler’s “writing with pull” tutorials, so this interview made me think and brainstorm even more. I do realize that MLM’rs have three different kind of targets : customers, prospects who are in mlm and need help, and people who want to start mlm. So, we have to “triple” our brainstorming. This interview came right on time for me. Will there be a tutorial or do we need to buy David’s book ?
I would also like to thank the Marketing.Merge support group. They are so helpful and very kind people too. I am always surprised to get their quick, accurate and at the same time friendly answer.

Great information. Copywriting is definitely one of my weaknesses and a skill that I have to develope. For me it takes a lot of patience to put all the right words together and to make sure that my copy is well thought out. I’m excited and looking forward to what I will learn in this class.
Comment by Clemente Edwards — August 13, 2009 @ 2:38 pm
Enjoyed the interview w/ David and hope that you will incorporate his basic training into the RP system. For those of us who are just getting into the program the template concept of copy writing seems a quick and natural way for us to start. Please also make it affordable for those of us who have limited resources.
Thanks

Hi Ann,
What a great interview, full of tips to find success in the skill of copywriting. We can never learn enough about this subject. What was interesting is that the tips David shared in the interview gave me confidence in my direction of learning in the art of copywriting. What a difference David will make to so many of your followers. This is the one subject that is always missed. Thank you for including it.

This was a very interesting interview. I am going to listen to it again. I learned a long time ago that it is not how hard you work, but how smart you work. Thank you for the learning tool.
Comment by Tiadora Anderson — August 14, 2009 @ 1:41 pm
Hello Ann -
I see what you see regarding the value of copyrighting across all aspects and facets of business (and life). Especially after listening to David’s explanation of copyrighting using the preamble to the constitution as an example. I’m so excited about copywriting as a skill and having the chance to actually be taught by a master. Not to mention get his templates in hand.
What’s more, I’m appreciating the trainers - your values and your appreciation of the whole. There are so many gurus - very few who will stand the test of time. The difference I see is knowing your audience and actually caring - that comes across from both you and Mike and David. Thank-you. Your success is well deserved.

Hello, Anne.
Great phone interview you had with Mr. Garfinkel.
I must say before signing up with Marketing Merge training my copywritting skills were sub-par.
I have learned a lot through the training on the series with Writing With Pull courses offered.
The training that will be offered by Mr. Garfinkel will be an added bonus for me. Looking forward to the training.
Thanks again for all your your hard work as well as your teams in providing super training.
The value provided is priceless.

The first of the interview was informative. After a wile it lost its meat and was two time consuming.
any time you run over 20 to 30 min. you lost your prospect.
Could you get to the meat and leave aut a lot of the potatos
Would lite to know more about copywritting but time is so valuable I cant use it all up on long interviews.
