Always wanted a heavy hitter to promote your business?
Here’s a useful fact:
Did you know that 20% of all your ads will be
responsible for 80% of all your sales?
Or that 20% of all your keywords will account for 80%
of all your website visitors?
Go check right now if you don’t believe me.
Here’s how you can use this information to double or
triple the amount of leads you’re currently generating.
Pinpoint the small percentage of ads or sources of
traffic that are bringing in the majority of your
leads and do whatever you can to increase them.
Get rid of the rest. (or forget about them)
You may have heard of the 80/20 rule before (also
known as The Pareto Principle).
It states that 20% of all your efforts in any given
activity will be responsible for 80% of your results.
It never ceases to amaze me how this rule literally
applies to EVERYTHING you do. It’s as predictable
and guaranteed as the law of gravity itself.
But what I’ve found is that many times the ratio is
MUCH more extreme than 80/20.
For example, more like 90/10. Or 95/5. Or even 99/1.
This is why every network marketer dreams of one
day signing up a heavy hitter into their downline or
getting them to promote their stuff.
The truth of the matter is, one REALLY good business
partner – the right partner – can make you more money
than 1,000 distributors.
All big income earners know this to be fact.
The reason I’m telling you this is because I’m going
to be sending you a brand new video soon that
specifically talks about the strategy of ”piggybacking”
off the efforts of big players to accomplish more in
your business.
You won’t want to miss this video because there
is no single method out there that will get your
business the attention it needs FASTER than having
someone with big name recognition endorse you.
You can use this strategy for anything:
-Getting more visitors to your websites
-Generating more leads
-Selling more of your products
-Sponsoring more people into your business
It’s been a huge key to my success and it’s not just
a network marketing thing either.
This is the same lead generation model that many huge
corporations like Redbox, The Geek Squad and even
Microsoft have used to almost single-handedly
build their businesses from the ground up.
Best of all, it works like crazy for people like us
too.
So keep an eye on your inbox. I’ll be giving you some
great examples in this free video.
If you want to begin leveraging the efforts of
successful people even more, you’ll want to pick up
a copy of the ‘How I Built My First List’ course here:
http://www.howibuiltmyfirstlist.com/aff_kulik/
This series of classes is all about finding people
who have already worked hard to generate a huge
flow of leads online…
And then simply SHIFTING their audience and their
stream of leads over into YOUR business.
It’s a lot easier than you think once you see the
formula in action.

Ann (and Mike),

Hi Ann:
EXCELLENT message!
Yes - there IS a pattern in the world that occurs over and over again - where 80% (the majority) of the results come from 20% (or less) of the causes.
For example - 80% of our enjoyment in life is from 20% of the time — 80% of our relationship fulfillment is from 20% of our friends — far less than 20% of the earth’s surface produces 80% of its mineral wealth — more than 80% of our food comes from less than 20% of the land — more than 80% of the world’s wealth is held by less than 20% of the population, etc.
This can also apply to ‘personal finance and investing’ in many ways…
That is to say - if this principle holds true, it means that 80% of our investment returns come from about 20% (or less) of our portfolio — 80% of our business income, comes from approximately 20% of the revenue sources — 80% of our productivity at work comes from about 20% of our time (so true!
— 80% of company productivity comes from 20% of the employees — 80% of our savings come from 20% of our frugal strategies — 80% of our family income is derived from 20% of our income sources — on and on.
If we apply this to our own lives, we’ll realize that a relatively small amount of effort brings the majority of our results.
If we focus on the tasks (20%) that bring the most success (80%) - then we’ll increase our overall productivity and reduce our time wasted - Wow!
In other words => Less is MORE!
Thanks Ann - appreciate you.
Sincerely / Peter A.

Thanks for the reminder of the heavy hitters and the 20/80 ratio.
makes every word important.

I agree, most people waste time and money on campaigns that simply don’t produce. That is another reason why people quit and say it didn’t work for them.Proper keyword selection will make or break you.

Hi Ann and Mike,
Solutions and asnwers always appear right on cue.
Guess many people know the principle but we forget to use it in our businesses and daily lives.
My anticipation of what you have in store for us all has me tingly all over.

Right on target. 5% of the world leads the other 95%. Got to love people where they are. “They don’t know that they Don’t know” Question for all is Who is really helping you? And “Be All You Can BE?”
Lastly, Live life as if you where dying IN A Positive WAY. Famous word of Papa Bellina “ForGetAboutIt”
Comment by Dan Bellina — May 8, 2009 @ 9:47 am
Your are absolutely right about the 80/20 rule. You speak about it often and I have seen it for myself firsthand. This doesn’t just hold true for network marketing, if you really think about this, it holds true for most everything we do.
As to the heavy hitters, while having a lot of people in your organization is important, having the right people is critical.
Thanks Ann for your insight.
Sincerely,
Fred Villareal

I think another thing to note about becoming a heavy hitter is that you need to do enough work to get to the 20% that works! Sometimes when we start out, all we see is the massive work that doesn’t produce. After a while, the 20% that’s productive starts to emerge, but not if you have given up before then!!
When I first viewed Mike’s “How I Built my First List” video, I was intrigued with leveraging the success of others. I started an interview series with other successful WAHM’s so that they will receive acknowledgement for their achievements, and I receive “lift” from their popularity. It has been lots of fun. Thank you Mike for making this point clear to me.
Can’t wait for the new vid!

I know when I first started it took quitge awhile to put some content together, then I didn’t quite grasp how it all works - like a visual. The longer I’m doing this, the clearer it has been for me. I am also in the Renegade Breakthrough class and that has really helped me a lot to put more pieces of the puzzle together. Just by reading blogs written by a number of ‘Heavy Hitters’ and leaving good relevant comments will get Google and other search engine robotz to backlink with weight to a signature site.So indirectly the Heavy Hitters are coming on board to help you with info and traffic.

Hi Ann I am always looking forward to your material.
I have learned so much from you already, but it never stops.
From what I have heard that is the reason why successful people become successful, they just never stop learning.
So I’ll keep learning…

I thought I understood, sort of, the 80/20 rule, but also thought 20% was a small amount of effort to get such large results. Thank you Peter Arnold for your thoughts above that really spelled it out in everyday use to a newcomer.
It(80/20)is everywhere and in real daily use .

Very Enlightening Anne thank you for that.
I had never heard of this rule before, seems I’m the only one.
I will have to do some investigation, to see where My 20% is.

Hey Ann Thank you very much for the link, looking forward to the brand new video soon that
specifically talks about the strategy of ”piggybacking” off the efforts of big players to accomplish more in our business.

Thanks Ann for keeping me on your list. I have the copy of your first book which I downloaded for free, thanks. What I observed from that is it didnt really give the how to and I am still in the dark. Also, I notice that every time I hear from you it is a new thing that requires monies. I know you cant afford to give information away but maybe you could do a mentoring program where the requirement would be to mentor someone else to success and pay the expenses for them until they were successful and then they would be required to do the same for someone else and so on and so on. So in other words you would mentor me and pay my training until I was successful and then I would be assigned someone to help or I would find someone to help and do the same for them. Thanks again for you help and continue to keep me posted.

Hi Anne and Mike,it’s good to be reminded of the 80/20 rule as understanding the concept makes a marketing strategy to attract the 20% obvious. The challenge is to identify this sector and I look forward to seeing your video.
Comment by Peter Benns — May 10, 2009 @ 9:06 am
True so very true, in my previous military career we found that roughly 20% of targets created the greatest damage to an enemy, as a sales manager in corporate America 20% of our accounts generated nearly 80% of our revenue. Bring it on, can’t wait!

Hi Ann,
Can you re-assure me that I will be satisfied with the RENEGADE system, for a person like me who lives in TANZANIA where e-commerce is still in its infancy!??? Or will it be just a white elephant?? I want the system to help me get as many referrals to http://www.quest.net a website of QUESTNET LTD, of which I am an independent representative.
Another thing, you advised me to use Paypal for payment. I have an account of Paypal, now how do I proceed??
Thank you for understanding.
Yours sincerely,

It´s not been easy, but still… I´ve felt it in my gut that it´s better to do things proper when dealing with humanbeings. Could it be that in the end the best one´s are your dearest friends and even your relatives..?(Like you wrote in Renegade) I sure hope that is the case with Me.

Getting that heavy hitter that uplines talk to you about is something I’ve always tried to find out how to do. It didn’t make sense. Not when I was getting the reactions I was getting. I knew I couldn’t be a heavy hitter even though that’s what they told me. I wish I had your help when I started my business and now I know there is something good for those that want to put in the effort to get what they want out of network marketing. Thanks for giving us a path to follow.
